1. OVERVIEW
This website, social media platforms, and all business operations are managed by Drone Bangladesh. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Drone Bangladesh.
By accessing our platforms or purchasing any product/service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Bangladesh.
3. ELIGIBILITY
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or
- You are under proper supervision of a legal guardian
You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
4. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Drone Bangladesh provides:
- DJI drones
- Drone accessories
- After-sales support (via manufacturer)
We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities
- Refuse or cancel orders
- Discontinue any product at any time without notice
5. PRICING & AVAILABILITY
- All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka)
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Product availability depends on stock
Drone Bangladesh is not responsible for:
- Pricing errors
- Stock unavailability
- Typographical mistakes
6. ORDER & PAYMENT POLICY
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order
- Customers must provide accurate:
- Name
- Phone number
- Delivery address
Orders may be canceled if:
- Information is incorrect
- Activity appears fraudulent
- Order is placed for unauthorized resale
7. DELIVERY POLICY
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location and availability
- Delays may occur due to:
- Courier issues
- Weather conditions
- External/uncontrollable factors
Drone Bangladesh is not responsible for delays after dispatch.
8. NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY
8.1 Strict Policy
All sales are final.
Drone Bangladesh maintains a strict No Return and No Refund Policy under all circumstances.
8.2 Customer Responsibility
Customers must:
- Verify product details before purchase
- Ensure product suitability
After purchase:
- No return will be accepted
- No refund will be issued for any reason
8.3 Manufacturer Warranty Exception
- Any product issue will be handled only under DJI official warranty
- Drone Bangladesh will assist, but:
- No replacement from our end
- No refund will be provided
8.4 Non-Refundable Situations
No return/refund for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong selection
- Used/opened products
- Customer damage
- Delivery delays
- Dissatisfaction after use
8.5 Final Authority
9. WARRANTY & REPAIR POLICY
9.1 General Policy
Drone Bangladesh does not provide in-house repair services.
All drones are covered under DJI Official 1-Year Warranty, subject to DJI’s policies.
9.2 Warranty Claim Process
- Customer or Drone Bangladesh must open an e-ticket on DJI official website
- DJI will:
- Inspect the drone
- Determine warranty eligibility
Approved units will be sent to:
- DJI Service Centers (Hong Kong / China)
9.3 Shipping Charges
- DJI may cover shipping in some cases
- If not:
- Customer must pay shipping costs (৳4,000 – ৳15,000 approx.)
9.4 Customer-Caused Damage
If damage is caused by the customer:
- DJI will provide a quotation
- Customer may accept or reject it
However:
- Shipping costs must be paid by the customer in all cases
9.5 Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does NOT cover:
- Water damage
- Crash / impact damage
- Misuse or negligence
- Unauthorized modification
9.6 Disclaimer (Repair)
Drone Bangladesh is not responsible for:
- Data loss (photos/videos)
- Unrequested accessories sent with the drone
- Delays caused by DJI or shipping
9.7 Unclaimed Items
- Items not collected within 60 days will be considered abandoned
- Drone Bangladesh may dispose of such items without liability
9.8 Repair Refund Policy
- No refunds on:
- Repairs
- Diagnostics
- Shipping costs
10. PRICE MATCH POLICY
Price matching is available only if:
- Product SKU is identical
- Product is in stock on competitor website
- Listing is verifiable
- Product is authentic (not used/refurbished)
Drone Bangladesh reserves the right to approve or deny any request.
11. USER CONDUCT
Users must not:
- Engage in fraud
- Misuse products
- Violate laws
Violation may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Permanent service restriction
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some services (e.g., DJI warranty) are provided by third parties.
Drone Bangladesh is not responsible for:
- Third-party decisions
- Service delays
- External policies
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All products/services are provided “as is”.
Drone Bangladesh is not liable for:
- Any direct or indirect damages
- Loss of profit or business
- Data loss
- Accidents due to improper use of drones
Customers are fully responsible for:
- Safe operation
- Compliance with local laws
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Drone Bangladesh harmless from any claims arising from:
- Your misuse of products
- Violation of these Terms
15. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel orders
- Deny service
- Terminate access without prior notice if Terms are violated
16. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services means acceptance of updated Terms.
